About Us

LIVE VINE is a family run micro-winery and vineyard with a tranquil setting overlooking the Thermalito Afterbay in Oroville, CA.  We do everything on site from ground to bottle.  Our vines are hand trimmed and our craft wines are meticulously vinted and cared for.  Our vineyards consist of numerous Rhone varietals including Grenache, Mourvedré, Syrah, and  Viognier in addition to Chenin Blanc, Barbera and Zinfandel.  In addition to traditional grape wines we've launched the SmithHouse label which encompasses our hard cider, mead, and agave line-up.

As a micro winery, we produce only about 300 cases of wine per year. Our new tasting room is located right on the corner of Oro Dam Blvd (hwy 162) and Luds Way. It is a beautiful venue with amazing water views. We look forward to seeing you soon.

We may be the smallest winery in Butte County, but we promise to deliver a vast array of wine products that are guaranteed to make you smile. Come try our traditional grape wines or venture into something new with our hard ciders, agave seltzers, carbonated meads, or wine slushies, all created by us on site.

EVENT VENUE

Looking for a relaxing venue for an upcoming birthday, anniversary, or other occasion? We may be exactly what you're looking for. Our outdoor venue provides an intimate setting for up to 60 guests or full capacity up to 150. Your guests are sure to enjoy our scenic country setting. Come by and preview our space any weekend.

HOURS

Yes.  LIVE VINE has hand made pizza and is open every Thursday & Friday from 4:00pm to 9:00pm, every Saturday from 12:00pm to 9:00p, and every Sunday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.  Looking to rent our space during our off hours?  Check out our pricing on our event venue page.
